I do not think that as an online travel agent it reaches an audience that could not have been reached via a high street shop and the telephone. But it makes the whole experience of searching for and arranging travel so very much easier. Anyone with transport difficulties or living in a remote area can still spend time browsing for that perfect holiday.
There is added richness with the addition of extra information such as the 360 degree views of some of the places you may wish to visit. (The Louvre in Paris is one example) Another example of added richness is that there is links to maps either route maps or maps of the resort so you can see the location of your hotel in comparison to the other hotels and amenities so if a brochure says that your hotel is with in a stones throw of the beach you can see if Geff Capes needs to do the throwing.
To add further richness to this already very rich site. I would suggest
that along with the very good information on visa applications, a printable
copy of the form could be added.
